Increasing numbers of young people are unable to obtain a driver's license due to rising costs, a new report found. A study conducted by the John T. Gorman Foundation found that at least 10 percent of Maine residents in their 20s don't have a license. Approximately 15,200 people in their 20s do not have a driver's license, roughly equal to the 14,600 people age 75 and older who lack a license in The Pine Tree State.
