Virginia Giuffre had suffered a series of blows in the years before she died by suicide at her $1.3million farmhouse in Western Australia. Her family confirmed the 41-year-old's death in a statement on Friday night, saying the toll of abuse became 'unbearable' for her to carry. 'She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,' the statement said. 'Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking.
